I’m pretty sure I used to hold the world record for the largest nutella consumption in one sitting. It’s supposedly “full of healthy hazelnuts”, which aren’t even one of the top ingredients. I’ve since been making my own nutella used roasted hazelnuts, real cacao powder and dates or raw honey. These are the perfect easy and delicious nutella snack you can have any time of day and they only take a few minutes to make.
- ¾ cup roasted hazelnuts
- ¼ cup almonds or cashews
- 3 tbsp raw cacao
- ½+ cup dates
- 3 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
- Pinch of pink salt
- Optional: ½ tsp vanilla
- Food processor or ninja

- Process the hazelnuts and almonds or cashews until well combined and chopped. Then add in the cacao until combined.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, adjusting to taste and until well combined.
